Three travelers enter a cave to spend the night. But suddenly, a huge rock blocks the entrance. The first man then remembers a deed done sincerely for Allah... and something incredible happens.
Episode 1
A very long time ago, three men set out together on a journey.
They walked until night forced them to look for a place to sleep.
They found a cave in a mountain.
All three entered it to spend the night.
But suddenly...
A huge stone came down from the mountain.
It rolled to the entrance of the cave...
and completely blocked it.
The three men were trapped.
They looked at the rock.
It was immense.
Impossible to get around it.
Impossible to get under it.
And even with all three of them, they could not move it.
They then understood that no human force could get them out of there.
One of them said to the others:
— Nothing can deliver us from this stone, except that we call upon Allah, reminding Him of the good deeds we have done sincerely for Him.
Each one then began to think.
Not about a deed that people had admired.
Not about something he had done to receive compliments.
They had to remember a deed done sincerely for Allah.
The first man spoke.
He said:
— O Allah, I had a father and a mother who were very old.
Every day, he took care of them.
And when he brought back milk, he always started by serving them before giving a drink to his children and the other members of his family.
But one evening, he came home much later than usual.
When he arrived near his parents...
they were already asleep.
The man had the container of milk in his hands.
He could have woken them up.
But he did not want to disturb their sleep.
He could also have served his children before them.
But he was used to always starting with his parents.
So he stayed there.
Standing.
The container in his hands.
And he waited.
His children were near him.
They were hungry.
But the man kept waiting.
He did not wake his parents.
And he did not serve anyone before them.
The hours passed.
Until dawn.
When his parents finally woke up, he gave them their milk.
Then the first man finished his story.
He raised his supplication to Allah:
— O Allah, if You know that I did this only to seek Your pleasure, then deliver us from this situation.
The three men looked at the rock.
And suddenly...
it moved.
The stone that seemed impossible to move had just shifted.
An opening appeared.
The men regained hope.
But their joy lasted only a moment.
The opening was still too small.
They still could not get out.
They were still locked inside the mountain.
A single sincere deed had made the rock move...
but it was not enough.
Then the other two men understood.
In turn, they would have to remember a deed they had done sincerely for Allah.
The second man spoke.
And what he was about to say was very different...
